Sunday night and they were pretty busy but no wait. Found this place searching for noodles on google maps. Plenty of parking. Everything we ordered was good and we would come back with the kids. Cucumber salad - refreshing Scallion pancake - good but it wasn’t hot Panfried dumplings Braised beef noodles Beef ribeye noodles Didn’t try the hand pull noodles but might try it next time. Excellent handmade noodles and dumplings! I’ve been to Lanzhou and these are definitely authentic. Lamb skewers, crab and pork xiaolong bao, and Lanzhou beef noodle soup were real standouts. Prices are very reasonable. We went for lunch—6 adults and 3 kids was 135 before tax and tip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Everything we ordered exceeded expectations. The beef in both the chow mein and fried rice was cooked perfectly. It was tender, well seasoned, and delicious. The noodles were excellent. I enjoyed my “oil spill” noodles so much that even when I was beyond full, I wondered if I could take just one more bite. We also got the soup dumplings and thought they were great. Ultimately we had a lot of leftovers and we took them all with us to have as a midnight snack for later at our hotel. This was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Very authentic lanzhou beef noodle soup. The noodle is very good, like what you can get in west of China. They are currently offer super big bowl beef noodle, The bowl is super big and you can add additional noodle for 2.5 dollar per bowl. We also ordered beef pancake, lamb skewers, cold dishes, and xiaolongbao, All are very good. Highly recommend if you like noodles.

This was a surprising good meal. Best for bigger groups so you can share and try more things. We got the lamb big plate with dry noodles. The lamb was perfectly braised, juicy and tender. The noodles were bouncy. Sauce was deliciously savory. It's very mild in spicy so if you want spicy, add some chili sauce. The steamed chicken with chili sauce was OK. We loved the sauce and the cucumbers but the chicken was a bit on the overcooked side. The cucumbers were delicious so we might get that next time we're here. The crab and pork xlb tasted great but the skin was a bit too thick for our liking. Overall, we'll definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Will return to try other noodle dishes, appetizers, cold dishes and the skewers. I'd skip the XLB.

We came here for lunch with a group of friends to try different dishes and we were not disappointed. The combination appetizer of cucumber, kimchi and potato salad was a delight! Each of the components had its own unique taste in a very good way. I wouldn't have guessed that the potato could be prepared that way. The crispy chicken looked just like popcorn chicken, crispy on the outside and tender inside seasoned perfectly. We ordered 2 kinds of noodles, their house combination and the oil spilled noodles which were both very flavorful. I should say that their noodles were excellent in taste and texture. I don't even like lamb because of the gamey taste but their lamb skewers were very good! The meat was tender and seasoned perfectly. The Xiao long bao just ok for me and could have been better had they been soupier. Finally, the scallion pancake with beef roll was very good too with a nice crunch on the outside and tender beef slices inside. The place was very clean with a bright and modern look. Service was friendly.

This is the House Special Chili Oil Spill. The beef is extra. I didn’t know what to expect, but boy did this pack a lot of flavor . Noodles were nice and soft not chewy. Spice level is just right, with tiny greens. This is also a dish you could take home and add your own preference of cooked meat. The bowl is very filling. And it goes well with the lemonade, which probably the second best lemonade I’ve had in my life. Just something about it where it doesn’t have that bite and tartness. I recommend it. The interior is wide open space so it doesn’t feel too cramped in. The atmosphere is chill. Place is good I highly recommend it.

Instantly became one of my favorite restaurants. You can taste the quality of the noodles themselves. Every dish was excellent. Flavorful and still balanced. The price point is great, especially for the amount of food you get.
